Based on our years of experience in this industry we know our customers want to be reassured that once the job has been completed and they have paid for the work, they no longer have to worry, so we provide this 12 month guarantee in order to give piece of mind. If for any reason during the 12 months the appliance breaks down, one of our expert engineers will return to determine what the cause of the problem is and to repair it at no additional charge.
